1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any JeenashEra tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. The service is currently focused on India.
3. Acceptable use
You will use the tools only for lawful purposes — personal safety, verifying incoming callers, research, and journalism. You will NOT use them to harass, dox, defraud, or violate anyone's privacy or the law. Violation results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
4. Data source
Number lookups are powered by third-party public and licensed data aggregators. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Data is provided "as is".
5. Credits & subscriptions
Each lookup costs one credit. New accounts start with zero credits — you'll need to purchase a plan to run lookups. Paid plans grant credits or unlimited access as described on the billing page. Credits are non-transferable.
6. Payments
Payments are processed via Cashfree. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. See our refund policy for details.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, chargeback payments, or violate these terms — without refund.
8. Liability
Service provided "as is" without warranty. JeenashEra is not liable for consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
