1. Digital product
JeenashEra is a digital service. Credits and plans are delivered instantly after payment.
2. Refund window
Refunds are considered within 24 hours of purchase if:
- The service failed to deliver credits or activate the plan after successful payment.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- No credits from the purchased plan have been consumed.
3. Non-refundable
Refunds are NOT issued once any lookup has been performed with the purchased credits, or after 24 hours from purchase. Lifetime plans are non-refundable once activated.
4. How to request
Email support@jeenashera.com with your registered email, order id, and reason. We respond within 48 business hours.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Cashfree.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks result in permanent account termination.
